Daughter of the King
See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are!
The past few days have been interesting. Clarissa and Brian have been gone since Saturday early morning (3:00 a.m). Today was my first day homeschooling the boys and it went extremely well, which honestly I didn't expect. Let's hope the next few days go well to! And for lunch today we had beans tortillas, and guacamole. It's one of my favorite meals actually, we have it almost everyday! (Well, actually we do have beans everyday. I am surprised I am not sick of them yet.) The tortillas here are so good!
Then on Saturday around 5:00 I got to skype with a bunch of people from my church. So happy! I honestly couldn't stop smiling for the longest time after! I love them so much!!! Lately I've been so thankful for the people God has put in my life. I honestly couldn't imagine my life without them. I can't wait to go back to my church! :) And yesterday I went fishing with Cole, Cristian, and Mason. We caught 6 fish, though 2 were very small, and one we didn't keep. We went to the most beautiful beach though! And there were so many pelicans! It was cool watching them dive for fish, they actually looked quite graceful. And then I went to the Spanish church in the evening. It felt so good to be there again, I hadn't been there for 2 Sundays. And some of the songs I could almost sing along to! (They didn't have the words up this time.) I've found that I prefer the songs that don't have an English version. It was so funny though, for the last song we were apparently suppose to sing whatever song we wanted, nobody really joined in though. That church just has such a joyous atmosphere, I love being there. And our ride home from church was quite interesting as well. 9 of us squished into Cristian's little car, I got to sit on Patty's lap. My neck got a little bit sore because I had to bend it because the roof is so low, but then we dropped off a bunch of people so then there was only 4 of us . It's so much fun squishing into vehicles though! So yeah, that's what has been happening the past few days. Thanks again for reading! Here are some pictures!
